Sourmilk

Kirsten "Kiki" Couchman is a co-founder of Sourmilk, the probiotic Greek yogurt brand she started in 2025 with her Stanford classmate Elan Halpern. She left a career in private equity to build the company from scratch, fully bootstrapped, and leads its go-to-market, retail expansion and community building — from pop-ups and in-store demos across New York City to the brand's rollout into hundreds of grocery locations. She is based in New York and is a vocal advocate for building in public, taking Sourmilk's product decisions, flavor launches and growth milestones directly to its customers.
