Vicky Tsai

Vicky Tsai is the founder of TATCHA, the skincare brand rooted in Japanese beauty rituals and botanical science. After earning her MBA from Harvard Business School, she worked in brand management at Starbucks and later at RedEnvelope, where a trip to Kyoto inspired her to leave the corporate world and build a modern ritual of Japanese-inspired skincare. Under her leadership, TATCHA grew into one of the fastest-growing prestige skincare brands in the United States and was acquired by Unilever in 2019. She remained at the company through 2023 and now invests in and advises consumer brands.
